A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment without penalty. Appointment cancellation should be done at least 24 hours prior to your schedule. Cancellations must be done 24-48hrs before scheduled appointment. NO SHOW FEE WILL RESULT IN AN 100% fee as in total balance paid in full. If failure to do so you will be charged %100 of your service fee. Fee must be paid at the time of cancellation. No future appointments will be available for booking until cancellation fee and new deposit has been sent. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late by 10 minutes, a $20 fee will apply or your appointment will be canceled. We kindly inform you that any appointments exceeding 10 minutes late will result in rescheduling and forfeiture of the deposit. To secure a new appointment, please make an additional deposit and book through the link provided.
