New clients No cash app cards or prepaid cards to book. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment without penalty. Appointment cancellation should be done at least 24 hours prior to your schedule. If the appointment is canceled in less than 24 hours or not at all, you will not be able to rebook. We do ask for 24 hour notice to cancel/reschedule. If it is a late cancel (after the 24 hour mark), it will be a 50% service charge, and if it is a no call, no show, it will be a 100% service charge Late Policy: Please respect my time and be punctual. You have a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes you will be charged a $20 late fee, and after 15 minutes your appointment is canceled. If you do not cancel or reschedule within the 24 hour time frame you must pay a $20 fee towards your next appointment. • No call no show will result to an additional fee charged upon your next appointment.
